Club Re-opening
It is with great pleasure we can now confirm we will be opening on Tuesday 7th July 2020
Please note we are only open to members who have a valid members card for 2020. If you are not a member or have an expired members card you will not be permitted to enter the premises.
Members can attend and be accompanied by up to 3 non-member guests.
We will be serving all of our favourite food and drink along with a takeaway option from our food menu.
We will be offering table service only, with the use of an app (ROUND APP) to order drinks and food to minimise movement and contact.
We kindly ask all members/customers to sanitise their hands on arrival, wait to be seated, order from their table only, use contactless payment where possible and adhere to social distancing rules at all times. We also ask you to please call the club (01562 730490) to book your table. You will be asked for your name, membership number (found on your card) and number of guests for your table. Entry times will be staggered to reduced queuing.
Walk in entry will not be permitted.
Children are welcome, the children's play area will be closed and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Dogs are welcome, however, we must ask they are kept on a lead at all times and remain next to your table. Due to social distancing rules we request that you do not take your dog out into the garden unless are seated at a garden table.
Please note if the above is not adhered to you will be asked to leave the premises and will not be permitted further entry.
The staff reserve the right to ask any member/customer to leave if they do not follow the guidance set out, are showing symptoms of ill health or behave in a manor deemed inappropriate.
During the lockdown period we have been working behind the scenes to put even more health and safety measures in place, we continue to be meticulous regarding hygiene and will be screening the temperatures of our staff daily and providing them with full PPE.
To cover the cost of extra staff (table service), hygiene requirements and PPE we are suspending the members loyalty scheme for 3 months. This means that no points will be added and no points can be redeemed during this period. Any points already accrued can be redeemed at the end of this period.
We look forward to seeing you all.
On behalf of the committee
